Sessions by Mumbles Brewery is the flagship taproom for the award winning Mumbles Brewery. With a choice of 11 beers, there is something for everyone, the cask ale lovers, or the pale ale indulgers. By day we serve Hardlines coffee and have free Wi-Fi making it the perfect spot to come and relax, or catch up on work in the afternoon. By night, we are a bustling craftbeer bar, serving award winning local beers. For non-beer drinkers, options like refreshing mango ciders, wines, and spirits are readily available.
We also run a Happy Hour from 12:00 until 19:00, where all Mumbles Brewery products are buy one get one free, with deals on vodka, wine and prosecco too.
We host a wide array of live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays, ranging from rock and roll bands, house music nights, disco nights, ska nights. We have something for everyone!
On Mondays we do a cask ale night where cask pints are £3.
On Wednesdays we do a dice night, where when you buy a round you get to roll a dice, if you roll a 6 we will double your round for free. Having rolled that six, you get to roll two more dice, if they are both sixes everyone in the bar gets a shot.
On Thursdays we have our Pub Quiz from 7pm, with a cash prize, the more that enter the higher the prize. Following the quiz, we have Karoake at 9pm, and everyone whose brave enough to sing gets a free shot!
On Sundays we run our happy hour from the minute we open our doors to the moment we close them.
We also offer very generous student deals.
We also have a free to hire function room with a capacity of 95 people, a perfect venue for any of your event needs, from birthdays, baby showers, wedding receptions to divorce parties.
All in all we are a bar and event venue in the heart of Swansea city centre, serving as a vibrant, independent hub that transitions seamlessly from day to night. By day, it operates as a welcoming café and remote-working space complete with an outdoor seating area, specialty coffee, and cakes, while the evenings transform the space into a into a cosy craft beer bar. Across its distinct floors, the venue plays host to a calendar of diverse events—ranging from live jazz, rock, and house music nights to quiz evenings, to student nights, fundraisers —all anchored by a stellar lineup of local craft beers and a spacious downstairs function room dedicated to private parties and charity gatherings.
