TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. There will be NO RE‑ADMISSION. Once you have left the venue, you will not be able to re-enter. The venue area does not include the car park. You will NOT be able to leave the venue area to go to your vehicles.

  2. Group bookings are to enter the event at the same time.

  3. No alcohol for under 18 will be permitted.

  4. DO NOT BRING illegal substances.

  5. Searches will take place upon entry. If there is a search dog present, please follow the instructions given by the handler.

  6. No hot food or drinks brought in.

  7. Prams are permitted. However scooters, bikes, or skateboards are not allowed.

  8. No glass allowed on site.

  9. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

  10. Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Entry is not guaranteed after a specific time if the event reaches capacity.

  11. All attendees must agree to abide by event rules. Any anti-social behaviour may result in removal from the premises.

  12. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to filming and photography which may be used for promotional purposes.

Additional Conditions

  1. The following items are not permitted within the venue: knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, flares, glass containers, illegal drugs, gas canisters (including nitrous oxide), laser pens, large umbrellas, drones, professional cameras, weapons, fireworks, or any item deemed unsafe.

  2. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals without refund.

  3. Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the venue. There is no cloakroom.

  4. Alcohol will be sold on-site. However, BAR(s) at the event will be operating a Challenge 25 policy – staff will ask for valid ID.

  5. Bars operate a token system.

  6. An ID is required when purchasing alcohol.

  7. No animals will be permitted, except for registered assistance dogs.

  8. Please use the bins provided to keep the site tidy.

  9. Event staff and security may conduct searches at any time.

  10. WARNING: Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to hearing. Smoke effects, strobe lighting, lasers and loud music may be used at this event.

  11. Follow instructions given to you by event staff and security.
