Wild Church: Justice, Creation & Community
Mill Wood → St Andrew's Church
Friday 4th July
3:00pm start
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a guided reflective walk through the hidden beauty of Mill Wood—an ancient woodland quietly rich in history, life, and meaning.
A Journey of Reflection
As we walk, we'll pause to consider:
Who or what is unseen in our society?
What does justice look like for the land we've been entrusted with?
How does unintentional exclusion still shape the spaces we create?
⛪ At St Andrew's
Our journey will lead us to St Andrew's Church, where we'll encounter a striking and unfinished memorial—an invitation to reflect on what is seen, what is forgotten, and what remains unresolved.
There will be space for quiet reflection and an opportunity (optional) to share your thoughts at the end.
We'll then return through Mill Wood to our cars.
Car sharing would be great if possible, due to the car park being busy.
It is free to park, and attend.
✅ What to Expect
A gentle, thoughtful walk (some uneven and less accessible paths)
Guided reflections and Scripture
Time for stillness, conversation, and personal response
All are welcome.
Come as you are—whether you're seeking spiritual reflection, connection with nature, or space to think more deeply about justice and care for the world around us.
Let's notice what's unseen—and consider how we might respond.
