Join us for playful, faith-filled exploration balancing on logs, gathering seeds, and connecting with nature across all ages. Enjoy shelter and a warm cup of hot chocolate to finish. ☕️

 

What to bring: You are welcome as you are. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Waterproof walking boots, wellies, or shoes you don't mind getting muddy are a must! Warm clothing and a waterproof coat are needed.

 Who you'll meet: You will meet Peter Lewis and Dan Edy from the Wonder of Wellbeing Gower team. You'll also have a chance to meet new likeminded people to build connections with.

 

The trails - There will be a short walk to an area within Ilston Woods. This will be muddy, with rocks and tree branches.

 

Accessibility It involves a short walk outdoors through muddy trails. Animals - On this occasion we are sorry to note that dogs are unable to join us, however Guide and Assistance Dogs are most welcome.
