Join us for a a walk to Pwll Du Bay for breakfast on the beach.

Key Information:

When: Saturday, 22nd of August 2026 at 10:30am.

Who: Everyone is welcome. Please note that the route descends into and climbs back out of Pwll Du, with some steep sections along the way. As a result, this walk is not suitable for those with certain accessibility needs. Please consider your own fitness level before attending.

Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. This is out of consideration for those with health concerns, as well as participants who may be uncomfortable around dogs. There also sections with livestock on the cliffs. The terrain is steep and rocky in places, so please consider whether it is suitable for your dog before bringing them.

Footwear: Sturdy trainers are highly recommended due to the uneven, steep, and rocky terrain.

As we get to Pwll Du we will take part in a creative activity using materials found on the beach. Participants are invited to create a simple picture, symbol, or word in the sand using shells, pebbles, seaweed, or driftwood. Afterward, we'll take time to quietly view each other's creations and, for those who wish, share reflections with the group.

Please bring your own breakfast, cooking equipment, and anything else you need for the morning, as no food or equipment will be provided.

As you listen to the waves and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, take a moment to reflect and connect.
